Your Hearing/Postal decision

When a Notice of Appeal is received at PATAS, our staff will make some basic checks and if everything is in order it will be registered as a formal appeal.

Postal decisions

 

Postal cases are currently being considered by the Adjudicator about 21 weeks after the date the case is scheduled to come into the list. This is an indication only and is correct as at 23rd February 2010. This information will be updated on a regular basis.
